So Giselle, why did you join Galileo? Why do you stay?
Giselle: I joined Galileo because I was looking for a new challenge and a better company to work for. I have stayed with Galileo because I have always been treated like family here.

Tell us more about what you do as a Senior Disputes Agent at Galileo.
Giselle: As Senior Dispute Agents, we support our clients by answering all their dispute questions, proving any documents needed and working with them to ensure the dispute gets the attention it requires.
We have to have a great understanding about Regulation E, a Federal Reserve rule that sets forth the rights, liabilities, and responsibilities of participants in electronic fund transfer systems. We investigate and process new dispute claims, and process chargebacks over networks like Visa, Mastercard, Allpoint, ect.
What does a typical day look like for you at Galileo?
Giselle: No two days are the same, so I am never bored. Our team processes new dispute claims, reviews merchants’ representations and file pre-arbitrations if needed. We also have weekly team meetings to discuss any dispute updates.

What’s the one piece of advice that you would provide to a new hire at Galileo?
Giselle: If you need help, don’t be afraid to speak up and ask for help. We have a really supportive team.
Lastly, what’s your favorite benefit or perk at Galileo?
Giselle: The office gym! You can get a quick workout during your breaks.
