With Cyberbank, we achieved "a modernization of the transactional front-end, both for mobile and other channels. Cyberbank provides front-end service to clients and also back-end service to our bank. The customer can interact with agents within the bank and ask them questions through a secure chat within the application, allowing very efficient interaction between the bank and any customer needs. In addition to all the usual transactional aspects," explains Damián Buey, CIO of HSBC Argentina, about the integration of Cyberbank into the bank, which, in his words, was "a very fast process of adaptation, integration, and production."
